the Skinny Pincushion

I just finished this pincushion for the Scrappy Pincushion Swap, and I made a little pattern/tutorial. Download it here :)

It fits perfectly in front of your sewing machine, so that you can sew away and not have your regular sized pincushion getting in your way!

What a great idea! I find that I'm always too involved in whatever I'm sewing to reach for the pincushion and wind up with a little pile of pins right in front of the machine!

Hi,

I just discovered your blog and i'm obviously in love :). This pincushion is killing me, I'm giving myself another half hour to read as-many-posts-as-I-can :), and then I'm ready to go make my own long, slim, pincushion. Thank you for a great ideea!
